The product is unique. This goes without saying. One just has to look at it to know it is a one of a kind gift.
The concept is brilliant. The packaging is exceedingly well done. It is made in the US from a family-based business. The gift is delightful to give.
This is a selling point in itself. And yet, the second part of the equation is equally important: Customer Service.
Without good customer service for order inquiries, follow-up queries, or possible challenge-based queries, a great product falls flat on its face.
How many times have you bought a good product but then couldn’t reach a deal man being when you have a question or challenge.
My order was around the holidays. A busy time of year. I had some order confirmations to make and some possible changes. With ease, I was able to reach someone to speak to directly. I was able to verbally confirm the desired etched message. A day later, I received a follow up call to ensure that they had gotten the correct information. I appreciated this extra step. When the package was running late for delivery, I queried the status. I received a call and email noting that shipping would be refunded with an apology for late delivery.
The fact that they cared and took the time to provide a make good offer, was all I needed to be ‘compensated.’ It is obvious that they try their best to fulfill orders in a timely basis and care about their customers.
I give the product and customer service an A Plus and highly recommend this US and family owned company for an exceptionally unique gift. Hoo Rah.
