2 oz brandy or whiskey
2 dashes of bitters
1 sugar cube
1 orange slice
1 maraschino cherry
lemon-lime soda for sweet, or sour mix for sour
1. Add the sugar, bitters, and fruit to an 11oz BenShot Cheese Rocks Glass.
2. Muddle to combine, until sugar has dissolved.
3. Add the alcohol and several large ice cubes.
4. Top with soda and stir. Garnish as desired.
