MAI TAI
INGREDIENTS
1 1/4 oz light rum
1 1/2 oz orange curacao
2 oz sweet and sour mix
3 oz pineapple juice
1 oz orgeat syrup or amaretto
pineapple wedges
maraschino cherries
DIRECTIONS
1. Add all ingredients, except dark rum, into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
2. Strain over an ice-filled BenShot Pint Glass.
3. Garnish with pineapple wedges and cherries.
